Ladies, please remember we are stepping out of sexy into Marvelous, so let us start by saying our motto I LOVE ME. I would like to encourage you to tell yourself that every day. Say it until you feel and believe it and if no one ever tells you that they love you ever again, you will know that the first love is loving you.

Love is a beautiful thing let’s have a personal relationship with it by loving ourselves. Look in the mirror every day, thank that woman looking back at you, and promise you will love her for the rest of your life. She is waiting to hear your voice marvelous woman.

We spend all our lives telling other people that we love them we tell our parents friends lovers spouses children grandchildren and everyone else that comes into our lives, even total strangers but never to ourselves. Why do we spend all that love on someone else but never on ourselves? When the love isn’t returned we become broken.

We have gotten a second chance at life so let’s grab a hold of it, this is our time to love ourselves and bring out MARVELOUS from its hiding place. Remember we are 60-plus women and we can do all things, so here is a chance to enjoy life to its fullest, a chance to love ourselves starting now.
