To Love Oneself is a Choice.

People always say to take one day at a time, and that’s all good because we cannot live tomorrow today. But what should we do with all that time? How about trying this quote?
“I choose to live with Gratitude for the Love that fills my Heart. The peace that rest's within my Spirit and the voice of Hope that says all things are possible.”
Knowing how to love oneself is a choice, it comes with a heart of peace, hope, and joy. Use all this time today to find them. They are hidden inside of you, remember everything is possible but you must have faith in yourself.
I understand that a lot of women have been in abusive relationships, whether it’s by a parent a spouse, or with your children. It doesn’t matter if it is physical or mental, abuse is abuse. If you got out of it, then that’s the first sign of loving yourself. In times like those we have no idea how to love ourselves.
Peace brings lasting happiness, joy, and containment, but no one can give us that. So we are back to where we started by loving ourselves.
Let's try to put the past in the past it’s a new day, remember that loving oneself is a choice and you don’t have to prove anything to anyone. As the saying goes put your best foot forward it might be easier than you think.
Remember we are 60-plus marvelous women so we don’t have to explain to anyone when they see the change in us. It's easy to love someone else but it's much easier to love oneself.
Don’t forget your friend in the mirror and our motto I Love Me this is medicine for the soul.
Remember the spirit and the voice of Hope that is within you that says all things are possible.
I Love Me. I Love Me.
God Loves You Too. He is your rock.
